Since 1993, E-Freight has been dedicated to developing Windows-based software applications to serve Freight Forwarders of all shapes and sizes. In June 1999, after many years of commitment and deliberation, we were able to achieve the status of an Application Service Provider. We are now able to provide services such as US Customs Filing Automation, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and various other business-to-business (B2B) services. Today, we are a leading provider of software applications in the logistics industry with a broad range of products and solutions catering to the specific needs of our customers.

Integration

E-Freight is unique from it's competitors in it's implementation of "Hybrid Solutions". Regardless of the size, platform, or network setup of our customers, E-Freight offers many solutions to meet your needs. Customers have the choice of either operating via the Internet, a wide area network (WAN) or even in a distributed fashion - in their own local area network (LAN) - to prepare shipping documents or to communicate with the US Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (e.g. Filing AMS & AES). Data integration functionalities are usually built into the applications to simplify the process. Customers need only click a button to proceed.

Besides integrating systems, E-Freight also designs applications with "Integrated Solutions" in mind. For example, most software products only provide the functionalities of operations management. The EFT-eCargo, our most popular product, not only provides the operations management functionalities, but also includes an integrated accounting system as well.

Internet

The explosive growth of the Internet has led us to believe that most web-based applications will, in time, become the industry standard. Thus, not only are our newly developed products web-based, we're currently in the process of converting our finished products to the newest Microsoft .Net platform.
